Production Time

All our items are custom-made after an order is placed.

  • Production time: Approximately 10 business days
  • This allows us to carefully cut, embroider, and finish each piece to our quality standards

Production begins only after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Time & Method

We ship worldwide using DHL Express.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days
  • Tracking details are provided once your order ships

Shipping costs are included in the product price unless stated otherwise.


Customs & Import Duties

Please note:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:

Asatsu Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs authorities.


Incorrect Address Information

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds
  • If a package is returned due to address errors, reshipping costs may apply

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped:

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your DHL tracking number
  • You can track your package directly through DHL’s website

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number and clear photos (if damaged)

We will work with DHL to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
