At Asatsu Clothing, every piece is carefully made to order. Because of the custom nature of our designs, we encourage customers to review sizing and order details carefully before placing an order.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All our garments are custom-made and produced only after an order is confirmed.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Personal style preferences
• Customization details provided by the customer at checkout

When Returns Are Accepted

We accept returns only if the item is faulty due to an error on our part, such as:

• Incorrect size not matching the order details
• Incorrect color
• Wrong design delivered
• Visible stains or damage upon arrival

If any of the above occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Buyers are resposible for return shipping.

How to Request a Return

Return Conditions

Approved returns must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Item must be returned in its original condition
• Item must be sent back within 7 days of approval

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Refund processing time is 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

• Production time is approximately 10 business days
• Worldwide shipping typically takes 5–7 business days

Delays caused by customs, courier services, or incorrect address details are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds.
